Inventory

Type of flat

Pick your flat wisely and make sure it meets all your requirements, even if it means checking out a lot of apartments.

Landlord

Location

General

Make sure the flat you choose is close to public transportation that will connect you to your university. Our Faculty is located at both stops Palau Reial and Zona Universitària of the green metro line (L3). You can also reach to these sops by tram.

Write down all signs of wear and tear you may find on inventory. It might be clever to do this both when you arrive and when you leave the flat. Take photos and videos if you find it necessary. You need to notify the landlord of any imperfections.

The landlord must be informed as soon as possible when household items suffer any kind of fault or damage so that the problem can be solved quickly.

Do not pay any money until you have verified that the accommodation provider is genuine.
