Symposium approvalThe content/programme of each symposia or workshop must be approved by the Scientific Committee of ECET 2019.

Satellite Symposia and Workshops

Exhibition traffic is increased through the following efforts: › A scientific poster area is placed in the exhibition area

› The welcome reception is held in the exhibition area

› All catering and coffee breaks are held in the exhibition area

Booking of exhibition spacePrice per m2 - €525 EUR per m2

The minimum booking of exhibition space is 6 m2

The maximum size of exhibition booths is 65 m2

Exhibitor RegistrationEach company will have 2 free exhibitor registrations included per 6sqm exhibition space. The exhibitor registration fee for additional exhibitors is € 125 per person. Due to security regulations, all personnel must be registered and wear official badges at all times. Please note that an exhibitor registration does not include access to the scientific programme.

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

CONFERENCE BAGS € 5,000 The conference bags will be handed out to all participants and provide a high level of exposure for your company. Your logo is shown on the bag, along with the conference logo. The type of bag and size of the logo will be decided by mutual agreement between the sponsoring company and the ECET Conference Secretariat. The sponsorship excludes production costs.

PEN AND NOTEPAD € 2,500The pens and notepads will be handed out to all participants and will provide a high level of exposure for the sponsoring company. You can design the notepads and pens with your company logos or information about your products or symposium. The sponsor- ship does not include production costs, which are paid by the sponsoring company.

LOUNGE SPONSOR € 5,000 The lounge sponsorship grants your company a great level of exposure. The Lounge will attract a lot of par- ticipants – those looking for a place for business meetings, as well as those who just want to relax their feet. The two walls of the lounge can be branded anyway you like and you can place flyers on the tables to spread your message. Furniture and carpeting is included, subject to price, and will be decided to-gether with the ECET Secretariat.

LANYARDS € 5,000Participants are to wear their badges during the entire conference. Lanyards will be handed out to all participants with their badges. The spon-sorship excludes produc-tion costs.

HAND SANITIZER € 2,500The branded hand sanitizer will help the participants quickly and conveniently clean their hands after shak-ing hands and touching things during the confer-ence. The small bottles of hand sanitizer will be packed as inserts in the conference bags.

POCKET PROGRAMME € 5,000The Pocket Programme contains the agreed scien-tific sessions and Satellite Symposia. The Pocket Programme will be distributed to all partici-pants and will provide a high level of exposure for the sponsoring company. Your advertisement will be printed on the back of cover of the Pocket Pro-gramme.

INSERTS IN CONFER-ENCE BAGS FOR EX-HIBITORS € 500 / FOR NON-EXHIBITORS € 1,500The conference bags contain the programme and abstract book and are distributed to all participants upon arrival. Inserts should be A4 and no more than 4 pages.

FLOOR STICKERS € 5,000The floor stickers include your company name and logo and are placed in the exhibition area. The size and amount of stickers will be decided by mutual agreement between the sponsoring company and the ECET Secretariat.

ParticipantsThe number of participants is estimated to be 1,000-1,200. The expected participant spread between nurse or therapist /doc-tor/industry representatives is 70 /20/10.

Lunch and coffee breaksLunch and coffee breaks are included in the registration fee for all participants.Coffee will be served daily in the morning and afternoon and between the sessions within the exhibition area. Lunch is included in the registration fee for all participants and will also be served in the exhibition area.

Social ProgrammeThe conference offers an exciting range of social events and networking opportuni-ties. On 23 June, the ECET hosts a welcome reception in the exhibition area for all participants and exhibitors. Drinks and fin-ger food will be served. This reception is a pleasant informal occasion for the medical and scientific community to meet industry representatives.Registered participants and exhibitors may also participate in the conference dinner on 25 June 2019. Tickets can be pur-chased when registering.

PaymentTerms of payment: 25 % of the total amount will be invoiced and is due 14 days after ordering.
