The healthcare industry is experiencing dynamic change. Patients and families expect a high level of quality as they search for more convenience and customer service from their medical homes. How will medical practices respond?

• What are the challenges impacting the delivery of excellent patient care and customer service?

• How do we collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver outstanding care?

• How do we ensure that we are “Primary Care Providers of Choice”?

• What continuous improvement strategies should practices implement to meet consumer expectations and thrive as a practice?

“The Practice fitness lecture was a nice recharge. Both Dr. Gray and I felt like it was a challenge to look at ways to improve our practice and renew our commitment to our

patients. I look forward to the next installment.”

– Matt Morrison, MDPediatric and Adolescent Medicine, Columbus, Ohio.
