1338 Friday 30 October 2015 Dear Members of the Loyola College Community, The main focus of the last fortnight has been the farewell to our Year 12 students. Their examinations commenced this week and we wish them all the best in the coming weeks. Farewell Year 12, 2015 I wish to commend our Year 12 students on the manner in which they participated in all aspects of the events organised to celebrate the end of their secondary education, which included House and Mentor farewells, the College Assembly, the Graduation rehearsal, the celebration morning breakfast, dress up and parade, the Graduation Mass and Graduation Ceremony. There are many who worked tirelessly to ensure the success of these events and they include, Mr Lynch, Mrs Salmic, Miss Cairns, Ms Staub, Ms Chapman, Mrs Hedger, Mrs Treglia, Mrs Schirripa, Mrs Lonsdale, Miss Solomon and our canteen staff under the direction of Mrs Pritchard, all our Heads of House, our wonderful Maintenance team under the direction of Mr Hall and so many other staff and students. I also thank Fr Vincent Le together with Fr Michael McEntee and Fr Gerry Healy SJ who concelebrated at the Graduation Mass. I ask you to keep our Year 12 students in your prayers as they undertake their VCE examinations over the next three weeks. Student Leaders 2016 The 2016 College Committee was announced at the final Full College Assembly held last week. Congratulations to all the successful candidates. The names of the 2016 College Committee are listed elsewhere in this newsletter. A complete list of all student leaders for 2016 will appear in the Ignatian early next year. Currently student leadership positions at other year levels are being finalised. Staff Professional Development Day On Friday of last week the teaching staff spent the day writing and updating the course documentation for 2016.It was a very productive day for all involved. Staffing Matters Earlier this year Mrs Lonsdale informed me of her decision to retire towards the end of October. This week Mrs Lonsdale will be leaving Loyola College after 20 years of service to our community. During that time she has been a most loyal and faithful supporter of the College and has carried out her role in an excellent manner working with parents, various College committees, students and their families to build community here at the College. In 2008 Mrs Lonsdale was awarded the first Loyola Medal for her significant service to our community.

Mrs Lonsdale will retire at end of this month and so I wish to thank her on behalf of our whole community for her service to Loyola which she has carried out in true Ignatian spirit. I know that she will be greatly missed by all of us. We wish her every blessing in her retirement and thank her most sincerely for all that she has done for this College. We welcome to the College Mrs Dianna Alonso who will take on the role of Community Liaison Officer and wish her well as she undertakes this important role. Condolences We extend our deepest sympathy to the Kallis family. Mr Christian Kallis, father of Zachary (8 MMBM) passed away recently. Our deepest sympathy also to Ms Bonney, our Library Technician, whose mother, Lorna, passed away last week. Please keep the Kallis family and Bonney family in your prayers at this time of grief and loss. May they draw comfort in their faith and may their loved one rest in peace. As we move towards the end of this school year, I again remind all students of the importance of remaining focused on their studies. The final Academic Companion meeting took place last week with the students where the focus was exam preparation. Please support your children in encouraging them to study hard and prepare well in the weeks ahead. This weekend we move into the month of November which in our Catholic tradition is the month of All Souls. A special Memorial Mass will be held in the St Ignatius’ Chapel at 7.15pm on the evening of Thursday, 12 November and all are invited to attend to remember and pray for those members of the Loyola community who have entered eternal life. Prior to the Mass we will gather at the Memorial Garden near the Irish Martyrs Chapel to bless a plaque in memory of Mr Chirico. A statue of Mary to be located in front of the chapel will also be blessed on that evening. We also celebrate All Saints day on 1 November. On this day we remember the people of God throughout history like St Ignatius our patron, who have been recognised as Saints by the Church. These individuals, young and old have lived out their faith and at times have paid the ultimate price for believing in God by giving their lives as martyrs. This year we think especially of those countries around the world where Christians are being persecuted and have died for their faith. We also remember those who have lived lives of faith but have not been officially recognised by the Church and we remember the living saints of our times the people of God living in this world today who by their example live their faith out daily. We pray that the Saints past and present may inspire us all to follow their example of service to others. Joseph Favrin Principal

FROM DEPUTY PRINCIPAL (IGNATIAN MISSION & IDENTITY)

Year 12 Graduation Mass

Over 1000 people gathered in the Loyola Companions Hall on Thursday 22 October to participate in the Class of 2015’s Graduation Mass. Fr Vincent Le,

Parish Priest of St Damian’s, Bundoora and Patron of Mannix House and principal celebrant reflected with the graduates on the theme of authentic Christian love.

The first reading from Jeremiah is one of love and hope, “I have loved you with an everlasting love… I know what plans I have in mind for you…. plans for peace, not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope… When you search for me, you will find me; when you search wholeheartedly for me, I shall let you find me.” (Jer 31:3; 29:11-14) It reinforces the mutuality of relationship with God. An Ignatian education means more than facts and figures or improved skills. It cannot be imposed. It requires a desire for truth and work on the part of the student. It invites people to seek and find God in all aspects of their lives.

The second reading from St Paul reassures us that God has freely given us his gifts because he loves us and he will not abandon us it times of distress or emptiness, If God is for us, who can be against us ~ Rom:8:31.

Thursday was also the feast of the recently canonized Pope Saint John Paul II. The gospel with its challenge from Jesus, If you love me,… feed my sheep ~ Jn 21-17, is a call to all leaders and Christians to be loving role models for others.

The Mass was followed by the Graduation ceremony where each year twelve student was presented with a gift of a commemorative Celtic cross and the book Finding God’s Traces by Michael McGirr. This book is an almanac of prayers and reflections.

The preface of the book starts with an anecdote about a Year 12 student who, at the end of his graduation Mass, confronts a staff member and says: “That’s it, that’s the last Mass I go to in my life, I am finished with religion. I am finished with God.”

No doubt some of our Year 12 students were probably feeling the same way, though, to the best of my knowledge, none said so to any of the teachers. The reply to the boy was, “Ah yes, but God hasn’t finished with you”. Finding God’s Traces is given as a Graduation gift in most Ignatian schools in Australia. The book is rich in material for

reflection from a range of sources. Interestingly it is in keeping with the Ignatian foundational insight, “finding God in all things” and Saint Ignatius’ instruction to his companions, not to spend too much time in praying. November Community Memorial Mass On Thursday 12 November, Father Gerry Healy SJ will celebrate Mass at 7.30pm in the St Ignatius Chapel. Prior to Mass at 7.15pm there will be a blessing of a statue in honour of our Lady and a memorial plaque for Mr Chirico. This will occur near the Chapel of the Irish Martyrs’ memorial garden. When the new performing arts centre building works allow it, the memorial garden will be redefined and existing plaques will be placed appropriately. All current and ex~members of the College community are invited to attend. People who would like to have loved ones prayed for can email me the details [email protected] or leave details on my phone which has a voicemail 9433 0227. Year 11 Christian Service This week our Year 10 students started their preparation for next year’s Year 11 Christian Service. All year 11 students are required to do a minimum of 10 hours in their own time and a further 5 days, usually during activities week (Monday 7 March to Friday 11 March). Students are generally placed in one of three broad areas ~ aged care, welfare and disability services. Students can start their service during the December ~ January vacation and are encouraged to find their own placements for activities week and at other times if they have existing contacts through friends or relatives. Please contact Ms Crowe, [email protected], if you would like to pursue the early option or have a suitable potential placement. Final Social Justice Opportunities for 2015 Collect permission forms from Ms Crowe in A171. Refugee Tutoring ~ St Albans Wednesday 4 and 25 November Departing the college at 3.25pm and returning at 5.45pm SVDP Reading Help ~ St Pius X West Heidelberg Tuesday 10, 17 and 24 November Loyola Young Vinnies ~ Christmas Present and Children’s Pyjama Drive

During our recent school assembly Tanya Vo (12 XCLH) introduced the Loyola Young Vinnies annual Christmas Present and Children’s Pyjama Drive. Families can support others in need by leaving a Christmas present for children 12

years and younger in House areas. Presents do not need to be wrapped. The Young Vinnies will do this. Pyjamas are sent to a women’s refuge.

FROM HOME~COLLEGE~PARISH LIAISON

Month of November ~ Bereavement Prayer We continue to remember our beloved dead as we offer Masses and prayers to them. “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever” (Psalm 23) Prayer for the soul of (name of deceased) In the name of the Father… O god of grace and glory, we remember before you today (name of deceased). We thank you for giving his/her to us, to know and to love as a companion on our earthly pilgrimage. In your boundless compassion, console us who mourn. Give us and the bereaved family faith to see in death the gate of eternal life, so that in quiet confidence we may continue our course on earth, until, by your call, we are reunited with those who have gone before through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. Lord, help us to see death for what it really is: the end of poverty and the beginning of riches; the end of frustration and the beginning of tranquillity; the end of pain and the beginning of joy; the end of weakness and the beginning of strength. O Lord, Jesus, let not grief overwhelm us, or a sense of loss embitter us. But out of our sadness let there arise a new joy and hope for so much is given to us. Help us to stand strong in the resurrection, believing that there is something beyond death. There is something beyond pain and hurt and heartache. This is where our strength and hope lie. This is the power of resurrection at work in us. Remind us of our own sad-heart time not to lose sight of the other side of ache, that glorious moment of happy homecoming, waiting for all of us in the loving hello of the Father. O gracious Spirit of Peace, come alive within our experiences and hurts; sustain us during this time of grief; comfort us as we experience this great loss in our life. Deepen our faith and soften our sadness so that the vision of the homecoming hopes will empower the aches and struggles in all of life’s farewells and goodbyes. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen We Never Lose Those We Give To God We gave back (name of deceased) to you, O God, whom you gave to us. As you did not lose his/her in giving, so we do not lose his/her return to you. Not as the world gives do you give, O Lord. For what you give you do not take away, for what is yours is also ours. Life is eternal. Love is immortal and death is only a horizon, and a horizon is nothing except the limit of our sight.

Lift us up, O Son of God, that we may see farther. Cleans our eyes that we may see life clearly. Draw us close to you so that we may be nearer to our loved ones who are now with you and prepare us also for that happy place so that where you are we may also be forevermore. God, our loving Father, open our lips and inflame our hearts with the Spirit of your Love. Enlighten our minds, so that we may reverently meditate on your Son’s suffering and death, the pains and humiliations he endured and his glorious rising to new life. In your great mercy, listen to our prayers for we ask his through Christ our Lord. Amen Thank you Father for the gift of (name of deceased) in our life. We want to believe that we will celebrate the treasure of our love again, when we shall all be together in your presence forever. May this truth sustain us in the days to come. Take our sad and aching heart and comfort us. Comfort us, for we can only feel hollowness and emptiness. God of sorrowing, draw near! Amen God is with us. He is the God of strength, courage, comfort, hope and love. He is the God who promises to wipe away all tears. He is the God who will hold us close and will fill our emptiness. And so with trust and confidence in him, we let go and free to move on. We cannot keep ourselves from another step in our homeward journey – back to God, our Father. Eternal rest grant unto them O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him/her may they rest in peace. Amen. *Prayers were adapted from the book Praying Our Goodbyes, Joyce Rupp, OSM, pp.151-152, Ave Maria Press, Notre Dame, Indiana 46556, 1988. Available at all St Pauls bookstores nationwide. The involvement of students in a wide variety of activities was also acknowledged including high achievers in the Berthe Mouchette Speaking Competition, the Big Science Competition and the Australian National Chemistry Quiz. A special presentation was also made to the 12 students who have undertaken Unit 3 & 4 VET Hospitality studies for their services to Iggy’s, our student training restaurant, throughout 2015. The Assembly also provided an opportunity for an original piece to be performed dedicated to the memory of Mr Tony Chirico by the Loyola College Rock Band.

Great enthusiasm met the announcement that MacKillop House had won the 2015 Jace Dufty House Shield for their consistent efforts in all House events. The Deputy Principal ~ Students Mrs Anna Salmic addressed students and staff members and College Captains Brittany Gerlich (12 KMLE) and Lachlan McPhee (12 MKMS) made their final Assembly address before presenting the Principal with a wonderful Cross that will be housed in the new Performing Arts Centre on completion. Prior to the Year 12 students triumphantly processing out of the Hall the 2016 College Committee was presented to the College led by new College Captains Catriona Thomson (11 XMCU) and Sean Russell (11 KNSH) and Year 7 Time Capsules prepared by our current Year 12 students in 2010 were returned to their rightful owners. The Assembly proved to be another wonderful celebration of Loyola College as a learning, leading and caring community. A pictorial summary of the College Assembly appears in this Ignatian.

FROM DEPUTY PRINCIPAL (STUDENTS)

College Student Leaders 2016 Student leadership is an important part of College life and throughout Term 3, the Year 11 students participated in a leadership program where the focus was on Ignatian leadership at Loyola College. Throughout the day, the students were asked to consider the various formal leadership roles that they would be able to nominate for, as well as reflect on how they, as a cohort of Year 12 students in 2016, would provide leadership for the student body.

Students were asked to consider applying for the following leadership roles: College Captain, Christian Service, Co~Curriculum and House Captains. Some of these positions required an interview and/or to give a brief speech in front of their peers, before voting occurred. While not all students were successful in their applications, I wish to thank and congratulate them all for taking the time and effort in putting themselves forward as a nominee for one or more of the various leadership roles. It is with pleasure that we congratulate the following students for their leadership roles as the College Committee in 2016.

FROM DEPUTY PRINCIPAL (TEACHING AND LEARNING)

2016 Year 7 iPad program The College will run an introductory session for all parents, guardians and new 2016 Year 7 students on Tuesday 8 December from 2.00pm to 3.30pm as part of their Year 7 Orientation Day. At the Year 7 introductory session, students will need to have their iPad with them, as we will take them through connecting to the College network, email system and utilising their Apple ID. Year 7 2016 parents and guardians will receive a letter outlining all the details of these important sessions.

2016 Year 11 Choose Your Own Digital Device As a natural progression with our current Year 10 students who have been using an iPad to support their learning over the last two years, we ask that next year, all 2016 Year 11 students bring their own device as a compulsory item to support their learning. We intend to phase in this program, Choose Your Own Device over the next two years so that by the end of 2017, all students will use some kind of digital device. In 2016, parents can choose from one of the four options; Apple iPad, Windows Tablet, Windows Notebook Device or an Apple Notebook Device. Parents and guardians have recently received a letter outlining the details of the 2016 Choose Your Own Device program.

2016 Digital eBooks In 2016, Year 7 to Year 10 students will access mainly digital textbooks via their iPad. This will mean terrific booklist savings for our parents and guardians. If you compare the cost of eBooks to hardcopy textbooks the savings at all year levels are significant. At Year 7 the savings equate to approximately $360, at Year 8 the savings are approximately $260, at Year 9, the savings are approximately $520 and at Year 10 the savings are approximately $200. The other bonuses of eBooks on the iPad are that students always have their texts with them (students no longer lose or misplace their text books) and the amount of books that they have to carry are now significantly reduced and therefore, the weight of their school bag is also less. The cost of the majority of the eBooks, including the Religious Education text book, To Know, Worship and Love ($109) are added to the School fees. We are able to gain a better deal for parents with Jacaranda when we directly with Jacaranda and purchase eBooks in a bulk deal. The Jacaranda deal covers all the compulsory texts in Mathematics, Science and Humanities from Year 7 to 10. At Year 11, students will be able to choose between hard copies or Digital books in Science, Humanities and Health subjects (an average savings of $30 per book). Parents will have this choice as the College has been able to negotiate with Campion Education as the Year 11 textbooks come from a variety of publishers.

A copy of the student’s 2016 subjects and their booklists will be distributed to all students this term through their Mentor. 2015 Annual Awards Evening Friday 4 December All families are warmly invited to celebrate our students’ achievements at our annual Awards Evening which will be held on Friday 4 December in the Loyola Companions Hall at 7.00pm. Recently parents and students were invited to nominate members of the Loyola Community for a number of awards. These awards include the College Medals and the Magis Awards. All families were emailed a nomination form for these awards. Please consider them carefully and nominate any member you feel is appropriate. Review of Academic Conversations The review process of the trial implementation of the Academic Conversations is well under way. Thank you to the 289 parents who responded to our survey regarding the Academic Conversations. We also received 290 responses from the student body and 72 responses from the 96 teaching staff. We took all of this feedback to a Teaching staff meeting where we had further discussion about the way forward for 2016. These suggestions were further discussed at the PSTi subcommittee and finally recommendations were made to Consult. Last Monday evening, I also presented some of this data to the PWP group. It is interesting to note the comparison in parent attendance over the last two years. It is pleasing to see that our parents and guardians are supportive of their child and their learning conversations. In particular, this year there was a real increase in attendance at the Year 7 ~ 12 Interim Semester Two interviews compared to the same ones in 2014. Research tells us that parent engagement in their child’s learning is an essential component of a student achieving academic success and improvement.

As a result of the feedback we will implement a hybrid system in 2016. We will continue with the Academic Conversations but also offer an opportunity for parents to meet with their child’s subject teacher. We will also continue to run student sessions with their Academic Companion prior to the parent sessions to build the student’s skill and confidence in leading the conversations around their learning and improvement.

How to Revise for an English Examination or Test A commonly heard retort among English students has been that you can’t study for an English Exam. Surely not! With examination time nigh upon us, and to assist students achieve their highest potential in English in Semester Two exams, students should be using the following study techniques to review their English semester, in conjunction with their subject specific revision sheets: Revise previous assessment tasks and rewrite these

according to the teacher’s feedback and criteria. Write practice pieces and seek feedback from peers and

teachers Summarise key themes and concerns within texts

studied Create plans of essay questions, or write parts of

essays including introductions and body paragraphs Compile and learn quote banks and how quotes could

be used to answer essay questions Practise writing skills learnt in class by reviewing

previously set classroom activities. Attend English Help on Tuesdays at Lunchtime in O218,

or Homework Club afterschool in the iCentre I wish all students the best of luck in their examination preparations. FROM ICT MANAGER

ICT News A Save a Day Keeps the Nightmares Away There is nothing worse than losing one’s work, perhaps after misplacing an iPad or after inadvertently deleting an app from it. The best way to avoid this pain is to adopt a regular backup regime.

There are two methods to back up iPad data:

1. Copying iPad data wirelessly to the iCloud.

This method is best when one’s computer is not available or handy.

a. Tap the Settings icon on the iPad’s Home screen to launch the Settings app.

b. Tap iCloud and sign in with one’s iCloud email and password. Now tap Storage & Backup.

c. Set the iCloud Backup Setting to On and tap Back Up Now.

2. Synching iPad data via USB cable to iTunes on a computer.

This method is faster and it allows the files to be accessed and if necessary manipulated offline via the computer at a later stage.

a. Open up iTunes on a computer. b. Connect the iPad to the computer via a USB to

Lightening cable. c. Once connected select the device under Devices

and at the top of the menu bar highlight the word Apps.

d. Tick the Sync Apps option and select the apps that need to be synched with iTunes.

e. At the bottom right select Sync. f. Once synching is completed it is advisable to backup

all iPad apps via iTunes, too. If the File menu does not appear whilst on iTunes hit the Alt key on the keyboard, select File then Devices and Backup.

g. Click Summary at the top of the interface and click the radio button next to This computer in the Backups section. Then click the Back Up Now button.

h. Select Back Up Apps. FROM TEACHER OF ITALIAN

FROM VCAL CO~ORDINATOR

Recently, the VCAL cohort visited the Loy Yang B Power Station in the Latrobe Valley. We were invited to travel the 2 hours east to experience a day in the life of a working brown coal power station. After a formal explanation of the electricity process, we were taken on a tour of the plant which involved getting a lift up 20 floors to top of the station, where we viewed the Open Cut and the conveyors bringing the coal to the boilers. It was a unique experience for our VCAL students, many who hope to work in trades one day. Michael Zammit (11 XCLH) recounts his experience of the day below:

On Thursday 15 October the VCAL students visited the Loy Yang B Power Station, to experience a new workplace and to learn how we get our electricity for power use.

The Manager, Mr Des Dalton told us that the brown coal station is one the largest power stations in Australia and can generate over 1,000 MW at capacity. That means that it produces one third of the state of Victoria’s requirements.

Other things we learnt from this experience were: ‐ Massive wages that employees earn. ‐ Convenient working hours of Tuesday to Friday, 7.30am

to 4.30pm, although some workers are there 24/7, 365 days of the year.

‐ How knowledgeable all work staff are about the power plant.

‐ No industrial action ever been taken in the life of the station.

‐ Positive workplace where everyone is very proud of their workplace.

‐ A staff turnover of less than 1%. ‐ The types of trades that are employed there. ‐ How the machines are operated. ‐ The number of AFL players from Gippsland. The station

is a major sponsor of Gippsland Power in the TAC Cup. Both Dyson Heppell and Nathan Vardy played there among many other famous names.

We would like to thank Mr Des Dalton for allowing us to visit the station and give us a personal insight on what it is like to work in a power station in reality, rather than on the Simpsons. Although we were extremely exhausted and tired

after a long day, we enjoyed the excursion and are open for the opportunity to visit the power station again. FROM PRINT MEDIA TEACHER

Photographic Exhibition ~ Royal Melbourne Show At the recent Royal Melbourne Show, it was pleasing to see our Loyola Students recognised for their talents in Photography. The annual Photographic Exhibition took place in the Arts Pavilion and both Liam Gray (10 FMJL) and Alejandra Turcios (10 FECG) received special commendations.

Congratulations to our Year 10 Photography students. FROM LEARNING RESOURCES

Library News From The iCentre Learning Management System (LMS) Regular readers of this column are aware that the College’s new Learning Management System (LMS) has now been opened up to parents and guardians. This has been a terrific initiative as it has no doubt assisted in building the relationship between parent and guardians, their students and College staff. As a reminder, parents and guardians can also access the iCentre LMS page. The resources found within this space are broad, but all target the information needs of our students ~ be that for their studies or their reading leisure pursuits. After logging in, follow the path outlined in the image below to get to the Library’s homepage:

Parental Links/iCentre/Library Resources.

This will lead to the Library LMS landing page. A scrolling banner of upcoming events and promotions is first thing visible. Below this is a list of coloured headings across the page that can be selected, as per the image below.

These headings lead to the variety of resources that Library staff have researched and collated for students’ use. Some highlights are: the library catalogue (which includes e~books); research databases such as the World Book and EbscoHost; links to subject pathfinders that have been created by library staff to assist students and classroom teachers across a number of subjects and assessment tasks. There are also online newspapers and magazines. Read takes users to our Book Club and what to read pages, including book reviews and vlogs (video blogs); and Learn provides opportunities for students to learn new information literacy skills. It is here that parents and guardians can see examples of the bibliography tasks and quizzes that some Year 7 and 8 Humanities students have been using this year. Even non-reading learning activities have been included to promote using the library in different, non~traditional ways, such as lunchtimes dedicated to our MakerSpace forums. We encourage all parents and guardians to take a look through the Library’s LMS site. We are continuously adding to it ~ whether it be administrative based (such as a change of the Library’s opening and closing hours); assisting teachers by adding relevant research resources for our students; or simply by encouraging students to read and/or be using the Library space in some way. Examination Period and The iCentre On another equally important issue, we ask that students, parents and guardians be aware that the iCentre occasionally closes for staff meetings and examinations. During these times, access to computers and photocopiers is not available. Below is a summary of the iCentre open times during the upcoming examination period. These times are also listed on the LMS and Daily Notices ~ and we encourage students, parents and guardians to check the LMS daily for any changes.

Monday 16 November ~ Before school, Period 2 and 2.20 to 3.30pm and 4.30 to 5.45pm

Year 9 Personal Development ~ Careers

The Year 9 students enjoyed, laughed and I even cried hearing our four fabulous ex~Loyola students speak to all them. The four speakers were Dan Poli (musician), Brad Powell (DJ & record label), Narelle Seagram

(NAB) and Nathan Nicolaou (Disney Productions). The quotes that I enjoyed from the speakers were: find what you love; discipline; work/life balance; mentors and friends; find yourself; fitness; I was good at writing and do what you love. I would like to thank the speakers for giving back to our Year 9 students and importantly I hope that they have heard some valuable information to assist their investigation into their career and importantly develop the skills and a pathway so they can succeed in it.

Farewell & Very Best Wishes to all at Loyola! It is with mixed emotions that I sign off for the last time. I am grateful to all the faithful readers of the Ignatian, The Link and those families who have helped me enjoy the job of my dreams for nearly 21 years. It is the people we work with as much as the job itself that makes any job worthwhile and I feel privileged to have worked with the nicest students, staff and parents anyone could hope for. I have appreciated the opportunity to be able to meet so many families over the years at the start of each school year and at many Loyola events and occasions. I will treasure the friendships made and thank you all very much for being such a special part of my life.
