Procedure: The property will be offered for sale via the RE BidSalesprocess with sealed and/or online bidding with bids to be completedby 12pm CST January 31, 2018 the bid deadline.

Earnest Money: $10,000 of High Bid Price is due immediately fromsuccessful bidder and acceptance by seller payable to WashingtonCounty Abstract Company. Remaining balance of High Bid Price isdue at closing.

Bid Acceptance: Property is being sold with reserve. SuccessfulBidder shall immediately sign Purchase Contract to be presented toSeller. All bids are subject to seller approval. Property is being soldwith NO contingencies. Obtaining financing is the sole responsibilityof the Buyer and contract is NOT contingent upon financing or anyother contingencies.

Buyers Premium: A Buyer’s Premium, totaling 10% of High Bid Priceis due upon acceptance of bid and made payable to Real Estate BidSales and is non-refundable except in the instance of title defects byseller.
