Breakfast Casserole By Donna Latino

Donna’s breakfast casserole will allow you to make a great weekend breakfast with minimal work.

It is easy to prepare the night before and pop in the oven in the morning so it's ready when

everyone wakes up.

6 Extra Large eggs (scrambled) ½ stick Margarine

2 cups Half & Half (Mix with eggs) 6 slices White bread (Peel off crust and break into small pieces)

1 ½ cups Cheddar cheese (Sharp or Mild) 1 pound Jimmy Dean Sausage (browned and drain grease)

1 tsp Dry mustard Salt and Pepper to taste 4 shallots Cut fine for garnish

1. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. (Can be stored in fridge overnight) 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 3. Cover, and bake 45 to 60 minutes. 4. Uncover, and reduce temperature to 325 degrees F and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until set.
