1. The DSSSB, vide its advertisement No. 03/2013 had advertised 200vacancies CUR-lOl, OBC-54, SC-30 ST-l5 including EXSM-20) forthe post of Foot Constable (Male) under post code-44j13, in TransportDepartment, GNCTD. The Board has conducted Physical StandardEssential (PSE) for applicants for the post of Foot Constable (Male)under post code-44/13 in Transport Department during 22.04.2019 to05.05.2019 (14 days) at CHHATRASAL STADIUM, MODEL TOWN, RINGROAD, DELHI-ll0009 and SPORTS COMPLEX, EAST VINOD NAGAR(MAYUR VIHAR PHASE-II), NEAR NEELAM MATA MANDIR, DELHI-110091.

2. Out of the total 83902 candidates, only 14062 candidates appeared forPSE, out of which, only 12964 candidates could qualify the PSE.

3. On qualifying PSE, the 12964 candidates (UR-5485, OBC-4021, SC-3020and ST-438) were provisionally allowed to appear for written examinationfor Post Code-44/13, subject to correctness of the information furnishedby the Candidates in their online application forms.

4. The written examination (online mode) was conducted on 18th & 27tn June,2019.

5. The marks of all 10736 candidates who duly appeared In writtenexamination have been declared vide notice no. 827 dated26.09.2019. The e-dossier link was activated w.e.f. 30.09.2019 to14.10.2019.

6. The result has been processed keeping in view of the eligibility conditionsand relaxation thereof in respect of educational qualifications etc. as oncut off date i.e. 18.10.2013 for post code-44/13

7. On the basis of marks secured in the written examination and afterpreliminary scrutiny, as per the provisions of the statutory RecruitmentRules for the post and the terms and conditions as stipulated in theadvertisement, the following 177 (UR-90 including 01-EXSM, OBC-47INCLUDING 01-EXSM,SC-26,ST-14)candidates are provisionally selectedto the post of post of Foot Constable (Male) under post code-44/l1, inTransport Department, GNCTD subject to their fulfilling all oth{~'conditions of eligibility and also correctness of the information all otherconditions of eligibility and also correctness of the information furnrshedby the candidates in their online application form and e-dossier:-

13.The provisional selection of the above Total 177 candidates [UR-90 including01-EXSM, OBC-47 INCLUDING 01-EXSM, SC-26, ST-14 ] shall be furthersubject to genuineness of the documents on the basis of which they have claimed tohave fulfilled all the eligibility conditions as prescribed in the RRs and terms andconditions of advertisement inviting applications and subject to thorough verificationof their identity with reference to their photographs, signatures/ handwriting etc. Onthe application form, admission certificate etc. The candidature of the candidate isliable to be cancelled by the User Department. in case. candidate is found notfulfilling all the eligibility conditions of the Recruitment Rules for the posts or for.iLnyother genuine reason. 19. The User department shall also check the eligibility of the reservationbenefit, if any. The Competent Authority ofthe User Department shall arrange to verify the correctness of theinformation/ documents as furnished in the application forms and e-dossiervis-ii-vis the original documents. 21. User Department shall also get the SC/ST /OBC certificates verifiedfrom the issuing authority. Further, in case of the OBC candidates, it mayalso be verified that the candidate does not belong to creamy layer of theschedule of Govt. of India, DOPT O.M. No. 36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated08.09.1993, O.M. No. 36033/3/2004-Estt. (Res) dated 09.03.2004 and14/10/2008 and 36033/1/2013-Estt. (Res) dated 27.05.2013.

22.The Competent Authority of the Department concerned shall issue theappointment letters to the candidates after verification of the correctness of theinformation furnished in the application form and the documents related to educationqualification, age and other essential certificates including caste certificate as perGovernment of India instructions issued in this regard vide MHA OM No, 2/29/54-RPS.19/11/54.

23. The User department shall ensure that the appointment made is inconformity with DOPT guidelines and instructions of Govt issued from timeto time.

24. Mere inclusion of the name of the candidate in the result notice does notconfer any right upon the candidate over the post unless the user department issatisfied after such inquiry as may be considered necessary that the candidate issuitable in all respect for appointment to the post,

25.The recruitment process for the post code-44/13 has been closed subjectto disposal of pending vacancies and outcome of all the relevant pendingcourt cases i.e. O.A. No. 100/1368/2019 and 1798/2019 with MA no.2003/2019 is running/pending under post code 44/13 and if any.

26.The waiting panel for the post of Foot Constable (Male), under Post Code-44ill In

Transport Department, GNCTD has been maintained in respect of UR/OBC/5C, 5Tcategory and the same shall be valid upto 24.11.2020.
