The hoof section will be run at the Circular Head Show on Saturday 6th of

December 2014, after which the entries will be transported to Greenham

Tasmania. Entries will then be grazed and fed ad lib silage for 30 days to

maximise MSA compliance, and processed on Monday 5th

January 2015. The

carcase assessment will be held the following morning and the presentation of

prizes and BBQ will be held at 3pm on Tuesday 6th January 2015.

Greenham Tasmania will feed the cattle free of charge, to ensure these quality

carcases grade for MSA. The cattle will walk from their nearby paddocks

directly to the Greenham plant for processing and judging.
