Psychological Contract definition:
The expectations that employees have about the role
that they play within the business and what the
employer is prepared to give them in return. Theobligations will typically be informal and imprecise.
The term psychological contract was first used in the
1960s and became more commonly Know in the
early 1990s.

described as an offer of commitment by the employee in return for job
