Ten Steps for Making Great Pizza

#1 Find lots of amazing, smart people to cook with.

#2 Wash Your hands/Lavar tus manos.

#3 Get all the things you need To make the pizza. You will

need ingredients like...

You will also need things to make the pizza like....Cookie sheets/Papel de cocinarRolling pins/Rodillos de amasarParchment paper/ Papel pergamino

Spoons/CucharasKnives/CuchillosCheese graters/ Ralladores de queso

And you need great pizza toppings like....

And...

If everyone brings something, it makes it easier

No-Cheese Pesto Sauce (Without Nuts)

Ingredients1/2 cup fresh basil leaves1-2 cloves of garlic1/4 - 1/2 cup of virgin olive oil1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper

3. In a food processor, place the garlic and basil leaves. Add the olive oil.Blend until smooth. It will look like a green paste.

1. Wash the basil and remove leaves from their stems. Use only the leaves (stems can be thrown away or composted)2. Loosely chop the garlic

4. Stir in salt and pepper.5. Spread on pizza dough 6. Enjoy!

#4 Roll out the pizza dough.

#5 Prepare the toppings.

#6 Assemble the pizzas (be creative)

You can use tomato sauce, or pesto sauce, or no sauce.Puedes usar salsa de tomate, salsa de pesto o no usar ninguna salsa.

You can add cheese or make a pizza without cheese. Puedes agregar queso o también hacer la pizza sin el queso

And try out different combinations of toppings.

#7 Find a place to cook the pizza (at City College, this is

the hardest part).

#8 Then wait while the pizzas cook (about 20 minutes).

#9 Then rush the pizzas (still hot) to where everyone is

waiting.

#10 And Enjoy!
