Para a massa: 4 ovos inteiros, 1 xícara de açúcar, 1 xícara de farinha de trigo Para o recheio: 1 lata de leite condensado cozido em banho-maria por 1hora na panela de pressãoPara a cobertura: 150 ml de creme de leite fresco bem gelado, 12 colheres (sopa) de açúcar de confeiteiro, Flores naturais e confeitos de açúcar para decorarModo de preparo: Na batedeira, em velocidade alta, bata bem os ovos. Sem parar de bater, adicione o açúcar e bata até obter uma mistura bem fofa. Reduza a velocidade da batedeira e acrescente aos poucos a farinha (para que amassa fique bem homogênea, finalize misturando com as mãos). Em uma forma alta de buraco no meio de 25 cm de diâmetro, leve ao forno médio (180 ºC), preaquecido, de 25 a 30 minutos ou até dourar. Deixe esfriar, corte o bolo ao meio no sentido horizontal e recheie com o doce de leite cozido frio. Reserve.
