• Drink Plenty of Water
• Never let your body get dehydrated. Think about your brain. Don’t hesitate to use washrooms. Carry water bottles.
• Add Fruits+ Vegetables + Milk to your food list.
• Start your Day with a Healthy Breakfast
• Include fruits and milk with enough carbo and protein.
• You should take a major amount of your daily calories during your breakfast.
• Avoid long food breaks.
• 5 meals per day is a good food habit. Eat something between your breakfast and lunch.
• Count your BMI, and target Calories.
• Ensure 6 different types of food everyday.
• Mix amount of different types of foods properly.
• Ensure different colors of food everyday.
• Eat 2 fruits a day.
• Avoid oily food.
• Avoid unhygienic food.
• Remember amount of food intake should decrease with the progress of day.
• Breakfast= Heavy• Lunch= Medium• Dinner= Light
• Check weight within every two weeks.
• Increase your physical activities.
• If possible walk in the morning in a park.
• Use stairs instead of elevators.
• Think about free hand exercise or regular gym.
• Walk back home after day’s work.
• Try to live in a sound, water &air pollution free environment.
• Eat fresh foods.
• You should know the calorie amount of all of our basic food items.
• Ensure 8 hours of sound sleep everyday.
• Maintain a routine in this regard. Go to bed at a particular time everyday.
• Plant trees in your home, room, and where ever you can.
