• It has a territorial base
• All the organisations and relevant actors of the area will work together.

• It will also could focus on a specific target group suffering discrimination or unequality in the labour market.

All the relevant actors will be involved from the begining to ensure a comprehensive and effective approach. For each DP, all those involved in the implementation of activities shall take part in the decision-making process:

Small organisations with innovative ideas.
Assessment of the current state of labour market exclusion, discrimination and inequality with respect to the thematic field and territory/sector chosen.
