What Quebecers have told us
Quebecers do not know where to find the information that they need.
They are not sure that they know about all of the programs intended for them.

What Quebecers have told us
Dealings with the government are time-consuming and the same information must be provided to different government departments and agencies.

We reorganized the service offer to present it according to life events, regardless of administrative structures.
