• Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) will align with and support SCS land use pattern
• Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) will be consistent with SCS
• No change to local authority over land use decisions, but Housing Elements must be revised to be consistent with SCS within 18 months, and General Plans within 3 years

March 2011
• City staff will provide report on local implications of the Initial Vision Scenario
• City staff will gather city council input to share with regional agencies before Detailed SCS Scenarios are prepared for release in July
• TAM is convening a Marin SCS Ad Hoc Committee to track process- 1 elected from each town & county
