    Instructions: -1) Use Google Chrome or IE 8 browser for better performance of the site.2) Read the online form carefully and fields within properly. Then put your appropriate data into

    the respective boxes.3) Only email id will be filled by using Lower Case/Small Letters, all other details should be filled up

    by using Upper Case/Capital Letters4) Form Fill up section(REF. to Step 4):

    a) Once you entered into the form fill up section, ensure to complete the section carefully.b) In the field of 10 th ,12 th Standard% marks, Actual% marks and Diploma% marks(ifapplicable), Graduation % marks(if applicable)- you need to input the numbers like 68.75 only(dont write 68.75%)c) In the field of 10 th , 12 th - Board details you need to fill up the Board abbreviation like WBBSE (dont use any special character in between the two words like W.B.B.S.E)d) Diploma Council/Graduation University name field (if any): Full name should be mentionedlike Calcutta University (Dont write CU)e ) Name of the Entrance examination: Use only abbreviation like WBJEE (dont write W.B.J.E.Eor JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION)f) Joint entrance Rank(if any): Give overall rank (from which you have taken admission in currentcourse)

    Step 1: Log on to http://placement. tigmis.com

    Click onNew Registration!!!

    A small window will open-then fill up the required fields.

    Step 2: After successfully registration you will get your Login Id and desired password-Keep a note of itfor further process & future reference. Please dont disclose it to anyone else. Step 3: Now Sign in from the home page with your Login id and Password and select your InstitutionCode from the drop down listStep 4: Form Fill up (all the field should be filled up using Capital letters). Once the form fill up iscompleted, you will get a message to go to home page once again to fill up other related fieldsmentioned below

    Click HomeStep 5: Semester Result Up to date (Sem 1 and 2 will be 0 in case of Lateral entry students)Step 6: Subject Preference (maximum 5 subjects can be chosen/ once you choose a subject and save,you cant change from the save list. So, be careful when you put your subject preference although youmay initially save less than 5 subjects and further you may update the rest)Step 7: Achievement (Event Name-Rank-Award Won-MM/YYYY), if anyStep 8: Training (Organization-Topic-Period from MM/YYYY to MM/YYYY), if anyStep9: Upload Picture (image format jpg/jpeg ): Recent Colour photograph with formal attire

    Step 10: Back log details (if any- give only the existing details, dont give any earlier back log detail whichhas already been cleared)Step 11: Back log clear (if any)Step 12: Check your Resume for all the given data by you and take a print out of the completed profile.The same should be submitted to the Training & Placement Department after verifying through theconcerned H.O.D. on a date which will communicated to you later on through proper channel.
