Looking to get in a lot of work in not-a-lot of time? I’ve got your answer! This total-body HIIT workout is going to be Tabata format… you’ll perform each exercise for 20 seconds as hard and fast as you can, take a 10-second rest, and then repeat that 6 times for each exercise.
1. Jumping Jacks (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off - Repeated 6 times)
2. Push Ups (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off - Repeated 6 times)
3. Air Squats (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off - Repeated 6 times)
4. High Knees (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off - Repeated 6 times)
