✓ SCHEDULLING & PLANNING: Baseline, monthly updates, recovery, 3 weeks look ahead, as built schedules. Resources loaded schedule. Any type of Delay Analysis.

✓ QUANTITY SURVEYING: Take-offs/BoQs for subcontracts tenders, preparation of monthly draws to the Client & invoice proposal to trades.

✓ PROCUREMENT:Subcontract of different construction packages, MOU/LOI, TCCOs, SCD, SCO. Identification of scope gaps between subcontracts.

✓ CHANGE ORDERS MANAGEMENT: Tracking tables, preparation, negotiation and settlement of proposals (compensation and delays), interrelation between COs-Claims, claims for financing costs as a result of late CDs payments, monthly schedule update with all COs issued.
