Weaknesses identified Action taken

Shortage of teaching staff. One faculty member has been sent aboard for Ph.D. However, one faculty member got admission in Ph.D and another one got admission in M.E in local university.

Shortage of Laboratory staff. Some of the laboratory staff has been appointed on temporary basis.

Higher Qualification of existing teaching staff.

The requirements for new class rooms, renovation of class rooms and arrangements of safety measures has been made.

Trainings of laboratory staff.Laboratory equipments of old vintage.Need of Computer oriented practical.Lack of computer facilities in FPM laboratories.Lack of audio-visual aids in class rooms.Two new class rooms required.Proper safety measures are needed in laboratories.Repairs and white wash of class rooms and laboratories.Four split air conditioners are needed for library.Four split air conditioners are needed for computer laboratory.Need for continuation of community services
