4.3 Uploading Data if NE has been Configured
4.3.1 Uploading/Downloading NE Configuration Data
Purpose
Use this procedure to upload (or download) configuration data during configuration or modification.
The NE configuration data in the T2000 database may be different from that on NE. If the network is expected to run as the configuration data in the T2000 database, download them to NEs. If the network and its services run normally, you can upload the data to the T2000. Check the consistency of configuration data again after uploading or downloading them.
Prerequisite
NM user with the authority of "system maintainer" or above.
Procedure
Step Action 1 Select [Configuration/Configuration Data
Management/Configuration Data Upload/Download].
Or, select [Maintenance/Configuration Data Management/NE Configuration Data Management] from the navigation tree of the Equipment Maintenance Console.
2 In the lower-left pane, select the appropriate NEs and click the double-right-arrow button (red).

This task will not change the configuration data in NEs and the T2000 database and it is recommended to run this function periodically to keep the consistency of configuration data in NEs and the T2000 server.
Prerequisite
NM user with the authority of "system maintainer" or above.
Procedure
Step Action 1 Select [Configuration/Configuration Data
Management/Configuration Data Consistency Check].
Or, select [Maintenance/Configuration Data Management/NE Configuration Data Management] from the navigation tree of the Equipment Maintenance Console.
