FMCs Riserless Light Well Intervention (RLWI) system is designed to perform alltypes of wireline jobs using braided wire or slick line.It enables operations of tool strings with variable length, and is designed with no
circulation of well fluids to the intervention vessel. The system is flexible and can perform operations on all Subsea Treeconfigurations for production and injection wells. The system has provision for
well kill and is designed to operate efficiently and competitively versus rig basedoperations.

RLWI - System Overview
MCs Riserless Light Well Intervention (RLWI) system offers safe andst effective intervention operations on existing subsea wells resultingincreased or accelerated production volumes. The RLWI system can beployed from smaller vessels and is easily transportable across fields.

ystem Description
ucing the cost of offshore intervention operations isprincipal driving force behind the development of
RLWI technology. FMCs RLWI System enables costective intervention operations into existing subseals, resulting in additional production volumes from
ture subsea fields at highly competitive costs for theremental volumes of oil. It is currently available in
16 10k configuration and includes Upper andwer Lubricator Packages, together with a Well
ntrol Package (WCP) and adapters to suit mostsea tree types.
Patented LubricatorSystem
FMCs RLWI technology includes a
patented Lubricator System for insertingdownhole tool packages into the wellbore
under full pressure without takinghydrocarbons back to the vessel or to the
environment. The technology enablesintegrated operations, increases safety by
reducing personnel exposure, as well as
reducing cost.

Pressure Control Head (PCH)
Functions:
Dynamic grease seal around the moving wireline
Two off static mechanical rubber element seals (UpperStuffing Box and Dual Stuffing Box) around the static wire
(Safe Mode, activated by Wireline Operator) DSB has additional grease injection
Two off MEG injection points for hydrate prevention Tool catcher to prevent tool drop down
Lower Lubricator Package (LLP)
Functions:
Connection point for WCP
Safety Joint to prevent overload of wellhead and tree Carrier for controls equipment
Upper Lubricator Package (ULP)
Functions:
Connection point for PCH Wireline cutting valve acts as secondary barrier element
(This valve is normally not used in wireline operation)
Circulation outlet
Well Control Package (WCP)
Functions:
Main well barrier Shear/Seal Ram cuts wireline, coiled tubing and wireline
tool string Enables flushing of hydrocarbons back into well
Provides hydraulic pressure and supply, as well ascommunication with Subsea Tree functions
