Airline Tweet Sentiment Analysis Spring 2016
From a data frame of 14640 tweets made about airline companies, determined the text sentiment.
Used R and associated packages to generate predictive models using 5 different machine learning algorithms.
Obtained an overall accuracy of 88.7% from the most effective algorithm, a decision tree.
Professor Experience Level Survey Spring 2016
In a group of 5 students, collected demographic information and experience level for 180 CMU professors.
Collected industry experience and publication record from CVs, personal websites, and Linked-In profiles.
Presented results at Meeting of the Minds undergraduate research symposium at CMU (May 4th, 2016).

Designed and taught curriculum to 70 students split up into 2 sections in weekly lectures.
