UPDATES and NEW RELEASES

Do understand that TradeFoxX is committed to improving our software always.

The TradeFoxX Intelligent Trader System with the FIVE Autotraders is universal in it's application, and may trade as a scalp, day trade or swing trade or longer type of system. Updates and Releases are common in the software industry. A good analogy as to how we view updates and new releases would be Microsoft Products such as Windows. The TradeFoxX Intelligent Trader System will use similar convention going forward with regard to updates and releases. Updates are usually bug fixes and minor improvements and are included at no charge. There may be a charge for a new Release or new Modules. A new Release usually goes beyond bug fixes and minor changes. TradeFoxX may have changes that warrant a new Release vs. an "update .

NOTE: There are no guarantees of performance or profits. While the system is capable of trading many different time frames, trading on too small of a time frame, may not be suitable as the speed of price and bar formation could cause conflicts, especially in volatile markets. It is not necessary to trade a time frame where there are hundreds of trading opportunities.

LICENSE and RENEWAL NOTES:

The TradeFoxX Intelligent Trader System is a lease. The initial term of the lease is 12 months. Your initial purchase includes a 12 months lease of the TradeFoxX Intelligent Trader. After the 12th month the system lease for all clients will be $2000 paid annually. The lease must be renewed within 90 days. Any renewal after 90 days of the TradeFoxX Intelligent Trader license anniversary will be $1295.
