The Century Insulated Panel is an extremely strong well engineered building system panel that consists of a super-insulated core of rigid expanded polystyrene, sandwiched between two heavy gauge welded wire mesh sheets, built for use as a forming foundation for reinforcing concrete walls and roofs. Panels can also be used for brick or rock walls.

The CIP panel’s can be erected and locked in place in several days with little labor; this saves the builder and home owner interim money cost

Which after application of 4,000 PSI concrete provides the protection for your home against natural disasters such as Tornados and Hurricanes, or the ravages of age, all the while keeping the cost of construction below traditional types with their vulnerability to fire, and dry rot of a conventional house, plus is termite, insect and rodent proof.

Design Flexibility: CIP houses can be completed with almost any interior and exterior finishes and can take any shape as easily as wood frame with some interesting effects such as, curved walls and frequent corners, can be less expensive to build with a CIP home.

Comfort: Houses built with CIP walls have a much more even temperature throughout the day and night. They have virtually no “cold spots”, and no drafts.

Strength: The rigidity of concrete construction eliminates the flex, creaking and vibration of high wind. In a CIP home, you know you are safe and secure.

Quietness: About one-sixth as much sound gets through a

CIP wall compared with an ordinary frame wall. This sharply cuts the intrusion of noise from outside and virtually eliminates outdoor noises. CIP homes also create an acoustical environment with the full advantage of a sophisticated sound system as in a home theater.

▪ Benefits ▪

Building Building GreenGreen & Better With Concrete & Better With Concrete

Page 24: ♦ Warning ♦ This presentation and the documents of contents providing information is the sole and exclusive property of Century Insulated Panels Advanced

Energy Efficiency: The superior insulation, air tightness, and mass of the walls cut the amount of energy needed for heating and cooling by 50 to 80%. In addition, it allows the installation of smaller heating and cooling equipment that can reduce the initial cost of a house.

Hurricanes and Tornadoes: Research documentation show that concrete walls are structurally capable of withstanding 225 mph winds and protect occupants from flying debris, and that they meet all criteria needed to protect occupants in a severe storm of the most extreme kind.

Earthquakes: Built according to industry accepted practices, steel reinforced concrete homes are the safest and most durable types of structures during an earthquake. Homes built with reinforced steel concrete walls have documentation of surviving earthquakes intact, while other homes about them were reduced to rubble.

Fire Resistance: Of all construction materials, concrete is one of the most resistant to heat and fire. Fire resistance gives houses built with CIP inherent safety advantages. The poly core incased in 11/2” of concrete each side is non flammable material as tested under ASTM E84 and the smoke rating is less than 450. The ASTM conclusion is that the poly core is non toxic if exposed to fire.

Building Building GreenGreen & Better With Concrete & Better With Concrete

Page 25: ♦ Warning ♦ This presentation and the documents of contents providing information is the sole and exclusive property of Century Insulated Panels Advanced

Flood Resistant: Because of the mass and weight, the structure will not move from the foundation and there are no wood studs or fiberboard to mold after a flood.

Termite and Insect Proof: Without the necessary food given to termites in a typical wood/brick veneer construction, CIP walls offer no feeding or breeding grounds for termites and other home destroying pests, which include no rats or mice in your walls or attic.

Mildew, Mold and Rot: Concrete, steel and Polystyrene are inert organic materials with no nutritive value to plants, animals or microorganisms. They will not rot and are highly resistant to mildew and mold. Aging has no effect upon their strength and durability.

Installation: Conventional homebuilding crews adapt easily to this construction. The forms are light, easily unloaded and erected by hand. Simple power equipment applies the concrete, so crews stay fresh and sharp and are less stressed. In fact, the simplicity of assembly and the lightness of the work help keep labor costs below those of frame construction. Time saved….at least 50% faster than standard construction.

Page 26: ♦ Warning ♦ This presentation and the documents of contents providing information is the sole and exclusive property of Century Insulated Panels Advanced

Occupancy: Speedy occupancy and saves money on construction loan dollars.

Resale: Enhanced resale and marketability value.

Insurance: Saves 18% to 35% on homeowners insurance.

Conservation: Maximum conservation of forestry products, fossil fuels and earth resources. Durability: Structure durability offers continuing value for future generations to follow.

Air Quality: Enjoy air quality free of dust, pollen and allergens.

CIP’s Concrete Panel System: Our concrete home building systems available today have evolved to the point where you can design your home to require a minimum of maintenance while providing a maximum of protection...and it will still look new for years after it is built.

Ownership Made Easy: The beauty of our concrete panel home is that it requires far less work on the part of the homeowner to keep it looking like new. What are the four most common causes of exterior wall maintenance? Termites, rotting, paint peeling or fading. CIP concrete homes are never affected by these common causes. As to paint, some contemporary concrete homes have façade brick or stone siding, most have applied synthetic pre-colored stucco that makes it absolutely waterproof. Almost any type of finish you can conceive may be applied to concrete.

Cost Savings, Beauty & Efficiency Going Green: With volatile wood prices, logging's high environmental price tag, and a growing shortage of high quality lumber, concrete offers a variety of products and construction techniques to provide cost effective, quality alternatives to wood-frame home construction.

Habitat International: It is worthy to make mention that ex-president Jimmy Carter and 400

volunteers built 14 homes and a day care center out of this exact system in one week. Carter and Habitat have continued to build homes in North America using the same system.

►Century Insulated Panels (CIP) specialty machine, Model No. 2007-8, is the most versatile and flexible building system in the world today, manufactured at 8715 Highway-59 South, Beasley, Texas 77471, title to which will be given to buyer upon receipt of purchase order and transferred funds.

►Our machine is an extremely strong well engineered building panel system that consists of a super-insulated core of rigid expanded polystyrene, sandwiched between two heavy gauge welded wire mesh sheets, built for use as a forming foundation for reinforcing concrete walls and roofs, which after application of 4,000 PSI concrete provides the protection for your home against natural disasters, such as Earthquakes, Hurricanes and Tornadoes. The ravages of age are of little consequence to reinforced concrete construction. Additional advantages are keeping the cost of construction well below traditional types. More important than cost perhaps is a traditional home’s vulnerability to fire, termites, tornadoes and the need for constant maintenance.
