本研究室では主に対人コミュニケーションとりわけ異文化コミュニケーションにおけるメディア使用の影響に関する研究を行っています。具体的には，近年以下の研究テーマを中心に検討を進めています。（1）留学生の対人信頼とソーシャル・サポート・ネットワーク，被受容感と異文化適応との関係（2）留学生と日本人学生の異文化コミュニケーションにおけるメディア使用とメディア観，及びその影響の仕方などにおける文化による差異（3）個人特性とスマートフォン依存の関
