Abstract

Self Compacting Concrete (SCC) is a new technology in the field of construction industry in the

world. Self Compacting Concrete under its own weight and without any out or inside shaker fill

angles and synchronize keeps its homogeneity. In this type of concrete using of nanostructure

material for the improving of engineering properties is more importance.

Propose of this study is manufacturing of self compacting concrete with using of nanostructure

material.

Experimental activity were done in multiple stage by using distinct content of starting material

such as nano and micro silica, Portland cement, gravel and sand mid extra lubricant.

In this study, different mixture plats for

kind of concrete including usual self compacting

concrete, one kind of self compacting concrete contain single nanosilica, two kind of self

compacting concrete contain microsilica with different percent, four kind of self compacting

concrete contain nano and microsilica together with different percent were made to evaluated the

quantities of current, slump, J. ring, V. funnel and compressive resistance for

and

days in all

of samples.

The result showed adding single nanosilica to self compacting concrete mixture does not

improve engineering properties of concrete. The scrutiny of strength results and also the result of

phase compositions and microstructural of all sample indicated nanosilica has suitable revenue in

the mixture plate of self compacting concrete, however the best engineering properties of

mixture plate into instance self compacting concrete caused by adding contemporaneous of nano

and microsilica in mixture of self compacting concrete
