This MASTER DEED may be amended by an instrument in writrng (a) signed '

by the owners of units entitled to seventy-flve (75) per cent or more of the undivided interests in the common areas and facilities; and (b) slgned and acknowledged by a mdjorl ty of the Trustees of the RANDOLPH PLACE CONDOMINIUM TRUST; and (c) duly recorded w i t h the Hampshire County Registry of Deeds; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that:

A. The date on whlch any such instrument is f i rs t signed by a unit owner shall be indicated thereon as the date thereof and no such instrument shall be rrf any force or effect unless the same has been so recorded withln six (6) months after such date;
