We are a nuclear family. There are three persons/people in my family. My husband/wife and daughter /son and I . My wife/ husband works at school. He/ She is a teacher( doctor) too. My son/daughter is very lovely . He/She is 15 years old. He studies at … school. I have a happy family.

My family

There are four people in my family: grandmother, father, mother and I . My grandfather is used to living in the country. So he lives with my uncle.

My father is a factory director/doctor. He is always busy with his work and often goes out early and comes back late, so we seldom have time to talk with each other.

My family

My mother is an English teacher in a middle school. She loves her work and students. So she enjoys being with her students. I am a primary school teacher. I teach science and Chinese.

I think I am very lucky to live in such a happy family.

My Father

My father is a middle school teacher. He is forty years old, but he is still energetic like a young man.

He loves his work and put all his energy into his work.

Every night he is busy correcting students’ papers, preparing for lessons and reading books .

My Father

Sometimes when I wake up at midnight I can see my father still working.

My father cares for his students. He tries his best to help those who fall behind. Naturally, his students love him very much.

My Father

Once my father was ill in hospital. Many students went to see him and give best wishes/regards to him.

I was deep moved by it. My father is such a person: kind-hearted

and hard-working. I love my father.

My Mother

My mother is a nurse. She became a nurse after she left middle school at the age of 18. She was born in 1955, and now is in her fifties.

Mother works very hard. Every morning she goes to work early and she is the last one to come back.

My Mother

She provides good service to her patients . The patients and their family members are very thankful for what she did for them. Everybody says she’s a good nurse.

Mother is kind to me. When I have some problems that I can’t solve, she often gives me some advice. I respect her and will love her forever.

I do quite a lot of sports I go jogging every morning before work. I play football every Wednesday with a group of

my friends. I try to go swimming at least once a week. I do karate on Friday evenings at a club. I sometimes play cricket or basketball in the

summer in my local park. I occasionally play rugby in the winter with a

team from work. I sometimes play cards when it’s raining.

What do you usually do to keep fit? I exercise my body everyday to keep fit. I like different sports . Sometimes I go for a swim,

or walk, or jog, and sometimes I play a game of football or tennis.

Among the sports, I like football best. And I try to play football everyday.

I think our body needs a regular exercise. So if it rains, I will go to the gym to take exercise.

In short, doing exercise regularly is a good way to keep fit.
