Owners or agents alone are responsiblefor the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. The show-givingclub and the superintendent have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public addresssystem or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring whenrequired.ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or whenin the exercising ring.CLASS CASH PRIZES will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must bemade in the ring before the judging of that breed is over, and the Superintendent to be advised at once. NOTICE: There is a dog bathing area in the Expo Arena. Anyone found bathing a dog in the "People"showers will be subject to a Bench Show Hearing. Dumping of dog food or other similar materialsfrom dog bowls into the bathroom sinks is also prohibited. Anyone found dumping dog food intothe bathroom sinks will be subject to a Bench Show Hearing.

There is police presence on site 24-7 provided by the York Agricultural Society Police as required by the Expo Center.

NOTICE: Everyone bringing dogs on site: Please pick up after your dogs. In order tocontinue holding our Shows at this great facility, it is imperative to pick up after yourdogs. There are many doggy bag stations around the facilities. Anyone observed notpicking up after their dogs will be subject to a Bench Show Hearing.

Supported Entry/Specialty Grooming areas must be maintained in assigned areas asmarked and must not intrude into other Breed areas. Site Contril will enforce thisrequirement.

ATTENTION EXHIBITORSNO EXERCISE PENS OR BABY STROLLERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING.Refreshments available on show grounds.. There will be waste water pump out service this year but due to rising costs and inadequate participationthe cost may be high. The on-site dump station is NOT to be used as no water is available to clean upAdditional RV Parking outside of the Cluster (Prior to Tuesday night and after Saturday night) must bearranged through the York Expo Center.

Building will close at 10:00 P.M. and will reopen at 6:00 A.M. Guard will be on duty.

The showers in the Building are accessible from the outside of the building from 10:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.and from inside the building from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.Anyone found with dogs in the Shower area will be subject to Bench Show Hearing.The Red Cross Building will remain open all night for bathrooms.Admission - FREE.Parents must keep children under control at all times.Concessions are by invitation only due to limited space.
