For learners to become truly proficient, learning must continue on the job, because without reinforcement, learners’ performance rapidly returns to the previous novice levels.Research shows that continuous learning is key. There is a methodology to implement for creating the continuous learning environment – that includes a prescriptive blend of learning resources.
