Objective

• Zydus- Moving On “Zydus-Moving On”, arobust application to make resignationprocess easy, quick and very effective bothfor the employees and management

• Zydus- Moving On “Zydus-Moving On” is anapplication, where employee can resignonline through Zydusconnect >>HR Connect

Process Flow

• Log in through Zydus Connect >> HR Connect

• Go to Zydus- Moving On Tab

• There are four Tabs below Zydus- Moving On

» Self

» Approver

» Location HR

» Exit Clearance Form

Process Flow

APPROVERApprove/Reject by

Immediate Supervisor

Intimation to immediate supervisor’s Supervisor

allowing to enter remarks (OPTIONAL)

LOCATION HR Confirms/Rejects the

application

SELFEmployee Applies Resignation Online

Employee Prints EXIT CLEARENCE FORM and

submits the form once HR has confirmed application

approval

Process Flow

• Employee to click on Self for Zydus- Moving On

• Application goes to Immediate supervisor i.e. leave approving authority

• Either gets approved/reject

• On approval/rejection of immediate approver, approver’s of immediate approving authority i.e. (2nd level supervisor) can put his/her comment on approval/rejection status (Optional)

• Based on overall inputs Location HR can Change Relieving date and confirm/reject application

• Exit Clearance form to be printed and submits to HR Dept.

Process Flow

• In case of Approval/Rejection, intimation mailwill go to Employee, Immediate Supervisor,Supervisor’s Supervisor and Location HR

• In case of Rejection of an application at anystage, employee have to apply for the sameagain

• Employee can also send reminder toImmediate Supervisor for the approval

• On resignation application, ImmediateSupervisor’s approval and Location HR’sconfirmation subsequently, is mandatory.

Important Points• Resignation date will be system date i.e. if

employee is applying for resignation on01.01.2012 then resignation date would betreated as the same date

• Relieving date is equal to notice period to beserved, mentioned in your appointment letterand calculated from the date of resignation

• Relieving date to be entered by approvingauthority (Approver, Location HR) and noticeperiod days will be automatically calculatedand displayed beside relieving date

Application PageOne can apply Zydus- Moving On by clicking on ‘Self’

There are two authorities involved1. Immediate Supervisor [Mandatory Approval]2. Supervisor of Immediate Supervisor [Optional comment]
