SOIL LAYERS
Zydex Nanotechnology makes the soil impermeable to water, reduces expansiveness and
stabilizes almost any type of soil to improve its bearing strength manifold. If used with 1%
cement, it can improve the California Bearing Ratio (CBR) to even 100 or above.
This is a game changer, as stronger soil base would now allow optimization of road section
design.
BOND COATS
Prime & Tack coats become 100 % waterproofed, due to penetration and chemical
bonding. This also ensures 100% coverage at lower residual bitumen, reducing fatigue
failure.
ASPHALTIC LAYERS
