Schnelles Schalten erfordert niedrige parasitäre Induktivitäten

Nicht nur bei der Konstruktion des Kondensators, sondern auch durch das Layout, also

der Entfernung zur Schaltzelle

Dadurch werden die Kondensatoren zusätzlich durch die Verlustleistung der Halbleiter

erwärmt.

Maximale Junctiontemperatur von GaN liegt bei 150°, von SiC bei 175° (limitiert vom
