I have working experience of 03 years as Plant operator at Combined Cycle Power Plant (KEPCO KPS) Daharki, Pakistan having GE Frame MS9001EA Gas turbine (14 combustors, axial flow rotary 17 stages compressor) with Mark6 control system and Fuji’s Indoor 37 stages single flow single cylinder Condensing type Steam Turbine (HP Steam 510C and 78 bar, LP Steam 300C and 11 bar) with Ovation control system and dual pressure natural circulation DOOSAN made HRSG.
JOB DETAILS
Field operation of Gas Turbine ALSTOM, GE Frame MS9001E and its auxiliary systems in all conditions including start up, shutdown, normal operation, power reduction and handling of transients.
Field operation of Steam Turbine ALSTOM, (FUJI) and HRSG ALSTOM (DOOSAN) and there auxiliary systems in all conditions including start up, shutdown, normal operation, power reduction and handling of transients.
Operation of Plant Electrical Network. Operation of Black Start Emergency Diesel Generators. Operation of Pre-water treatment system including Coagulation,
Flocculation, Clarifier and PSF. Operation of De-mineralized water production system by using RO plant
and Mixed Bed Exchange method.
