ZU4 Electric Pumps

Heavy-duty composite shroudprotects electric motor and keyelectrical components fromenvironmental contamination, rain anddebris and provides a non-conductiveergonomic handle for the operator.

Low-voltage pendant features sealedswitches and operates at 15 vdc forimproved operator safety.

Easily accessible brush cavity allowsrapid brush replacement in the field.

Brush design lasts 4-times longer thancurrent designs and features “auto-stop”shunt to prevent commutator damagefrom normal brush wear.

Reduced current draw extends brushlife and reduces electrical load onelectrical circuits and generators.

Optional back-lit LCD- pump usage information, hour and

cycle counts- low-voltage warning and recording- offers self-test and diagnostic

capabilities- information displayed in 6 languages- pressure read-out (when used with

The ZU4 pump is best suitedto power medium to large

size cylinders or hydraulic tools, orwherever high speed, intermittentduty cycle is needed.

Patent-pending Z-Class technology provides high by-pass pressures forincreased productivity, specifically inapplications using long hose runs andhigh-pressure drop circuits like heavylifting or certain double-acting tools.

Its lightweight and compact designmake it ideal for applications whichrequire easy transport of the pump. It utilizes a universal motor which will work well on long extension cords or generator driven electricalpower supplies.
