Since 1880, Feraboli takes part in the development of the technology of the zootechnical and agricultural sector in Italy and in the world. To propose new solutions is what gives the industry the ability to keep growing over the years and with its vast customer relations. Daily, our friends breeders, award our efforts in search and development to identify Feraboli with innovation and sturdiness. In this way, Feraboli Zoo-tech was born, specializing in the pro-posal of complete and accomplished suitable solutions for all needs of bree-ders, thanks to the experience of more than 130 years lived by the side of our friend clients.

Feraboli Zootech continues in the development of new solutions to help the breeder in the farm ma-nagement and improving animal welfare inside the structures. The structures, produced following the CE rules, are studied to improve the available areas, the exposition to the sun and wind, natural light and allow adequate operations for the manager and welfare for the animals. Fitting is in continuous evolution to guarantee the animals’ best comfort together with the traditional sturdiness and functio-nality. Feraboli Zootech opens the concept of cowshed automation turned to help the breeder on two principal teams.

Il nostro ufficio tecnico coniuga al primario obiet-tivo di robustezza e funzionalità un adeguato ri-svolto architettonico nella proposta fatta al clien-te. La ricerca di materiali innovativi integrata con lo studio dei particolari permette di creare quelle condizioni ambientali ottimali per gli animali da red-dito... luminosità, areazione sono alcuni degli ele-menti imprescindibili in ogni nostra progettazione. I prototipi derivati da disegni realizzati in 3D vengono testati “in stalla” per poter migliorare ulteriormente il prodotto prima della sua immissione sul mercato. Le considerazioni dei ns amici allevatori sono un pa-trimonio su cui investiamo per la ricerca e sviluppo dei nuovi prodotti.

Our technical office is strictly linked to our first objective of sturdiness and functionality and adequate architec-tural turn out, in our suggestions to the client. The se-arch for innovative materials integrated with the study of details allows to create those optimal environmental conditions for the animals earnings… luminosity and aeration are only some of important elements of each our projects. Our prototypes are taken from draws made in 3D that are tested in the, “stable”, to improve the products before its launch on the market. The considerations of our friend breeders are the “patrimony” on which we invest for research and development of the new pro-ducts.

Notre bureau technique conjugue à la robustesse et à la fonctionnalité un revers architectonique propor-tionné aux exigences des clients. La récherche des matériaux innovatrices, intégrée avec l’étude des particuliers, a permis de crée les conditions ambiantes optimales pour les animaux de revenu... éclairage, sont les caractéristiques de chacun de nos projets. Les pro-totypes, dérivés des dessins réalisés en 3D, sont testés “en étable” pour améliorer ultérieurement le produit avant de son introduction sur le marché.Les considérations de notre amis éleveur sont un patri-moine sur le quel nous investissons pour la recherche et le développement des nouveaux produits.

Le autocatture sono la attrezzatura in stalla con cui l’allevatore opera quotidianamente; nasce UNICA2, che mantiene le riconosciute doti di funzionalità e robustezza di UNICA 2005 migliorando la ergo-nomia del sistema di bloccaggio. Completano la gamma le catture HORN, per bovini con corna e bu-falini e il frontale di mangiatoia re-golabile per allevamenti da carne. I battifianchi JUMBO hanno riscon-trato un grande successo derivato dalla facilità per gli animali di en-trare e uscire dalla cuccetta in modo non traumatico; per l’allevatore la robustezza e la regolabilità sono ga-ranzia di durata nel tempo.

Gli abbeveratoi Inox sono carat-terizzati da un riempimento rapi-do e dalla facilità di pulizia resa possibile dallo scarico di grande dimensione e dalla conformazio-ne del fondo, sono disponibili anche nella versione con ele-mento riscaldante contro il gelo. Soluzioni specifiche per piccoli box con “livello costante” o a pressione completano la gamma proposta.

Feraboli Zootech offers a complete range of gates, from 2 to 5 horizontal courses to the vertical and the level crossing, to answer at different needs of breeders in which sturdiness, functionality, and versatility are the fundamental elements of the product. The stainless steel drinkers are characterized by a fast filling and by the easy cleaning thanks to this discharge dimension; they are also available in the version with the heating element to protect against intense cold. Specific solutions are added for the little boxes with the “constant level” or with pressure to complete the range that we propose.

Una struttura resistente realizzata con acciai ad alta qualità, elevata capacità di carico garantita da un grande volume del cassone, stabilità e conducibilità derivano da un innovativo sistema di sospensioni attive integrabili con l’apparato auto-livellante. Il tradizionale sistema con balestre coniuga ottime performance stradali e di carico alla economicità.

Feraboli Zootech suggests the instrument of movement of excellence in the farm, the DUMPER CARGO with 3 axles. A strong structure made with steels of high quality, high load capacity guaranteed from a high volume of the dump, the balance and conductivity derive from an innovative system of active suspensions that can be integrated with the equipment self-levelling system. The traditional system with leaf spring suspension combines the street and loading performances to the cheapness.
