ZLJ5551JQZ90V truck crane, which integrates our many years’ experience in designing andmanufacturing mobile cranes with internationally advanced technology, is a new-generationand high-performance product produced to meet the market demands. Its performances suchas lifting height, boom length, working speed and lifting capacity have achieved advancedinternational level.

This product is a truck crane with full range slewing function, telescopic boom sections andelectro-hydraulic proportional controlled systems. The crane superstructure is driven byindependent engine. The crane chassis adopts full-width cab and 5-axle special purposechassis manufactured by Zoomlion, providing wide vision, spacious cab and luxuriousequipments. 10X6 drive and the hydraulic power steering mechanism provide the crane withgood driving performance and flexible steering.

The latest electro-hydraulic proportional directional control valve with load feedback functionand triple pumps ensure that each executive mechanism makes full use of its workingcapability. The easy-controlled, flexible, reliable and stepless speed regulated joysticks canprovide the crane with smooth simultaneous movements between “Spool winch up”, “Reelwinch off”, “Derricking”, “Slewing” and “Telescope boom in / out”, which greatly improves thecrane’s working efficiency. The safety devices, such as relief valve, balance valve, hydrauliclock and brake valve, fitted in hydraulic system prevent the accidents caused by oil lineoverload and oil pipe breakage. The safety devices such as load moment limiter and thecomplete lighting system ensure your safety during operation and are convenient for night work.

This crane has a novel style which makes it beautiful in figure, in form and in color.

The boom consists of 5 dodecagonal and box-shaped boom sections made from high-strengthsteel, providing the boom with excellent bending-resistance capability, super lifting capacity,optimized deadweight, large lateral stiffness and small end deflection. Self-created supportstructure of sliding block and a series of optimized design have the deadweight of the boomgreatly decreased and the stress on the boom evenly distributed. Furthermore, the boom hasgood guidance quality and adjustability.

The boom sections are telescoped in /out via 2 telescopic cylinders and 2 sets of telescopingmechanisms. The 1st telescopic cylinder drives boom section 2 to telescope in / out; the 2ndtelescopic cylinder drives boom sections 3, 4, and 5 to telescope in / out simultaneously viathe telescoping mechanism. This compact design makes the crane work reliably. Eachcylinder is fitted with a balance valve.

3.23.23.23.2 JibJibJibJibIt consists of two jib sections and is folded on the side of boom when it is installed and can beinstalled and removed by inserted pins.

Jib section I, reducing and lattice structured.

Jib section 2, box-shaped, can be pulled out from jib section 1 to form 2 kinds of boom length:10.8m and 18.5m as required.

Jib section I can be attached below 0° or 30° in relation to boom section 5. The offset can beconveniently changed via the pin and pull bracket.

The jib cannot be attached with the vehicle during driving. It can be put beside the boom forshort-distance driving.

The operator’s cab can be tilted up 20° to broaden the operator’s vision.

The counterweight plates can be assembled and disassembled.

3.113.113.113.11 OutriggersOutriggersOutriggersOutriggersH-type outriggers in box-shaped structure welded by low-alloy and high-strength steel are ofstrong bearing capability. 2-section horizontal sliding beams can be extended and retractedsimultaneously with a horizontal cylinder and wire rope used together.

Large outrigger span (7.3m×7.4m) ensures stability of the crane. The outrigger pad ismounted on the head of vertical cylinder and can be pushed inwards (to avoid the completevehicle from being over-wide during driving) and pulled outwards (for convenient operation)horizontally to greatly reduce labor intensity. When the outriggers are fully extended orretracted, they can be locked with retaining pins. The outrigger control buttons are installedon both sides of chassis frame and can be operated simultaneously or independently. Andsupport control unit is installed. Each vertical cylinder is equipped with a two-way hydrauliclock to ensure stable and reliable operation of the crane.

The 5th outrigger is installed beneath the driver’s cab. When the 5th outrigger is set up, the

crane can realize full range slewing operation. The outrigger overpressure warning controllight lights up when the outrigger pressure reaches 17Mpa.

All superstructure driving force that drives the twovariable pumps and its gear pump are supplied by superstructure engine. One of the variablepump supplies high pressure oil to main winch, auxiliary winch, derricking mechanism, andtelescoping mechanism, and another close loop variable pump is used to drive the slewingmechanism. The gear pump supplies oil to assemble and dismantle the counterweight and tiltthe operator’s cab. Advanced load feedback electro-hydraulic proportional control system canprovides the joysticks to control the speed of each working mechanism easily andconveniently, which makes the flow match well to load and reduce the heating loss of system .The clamp-type fitting adopted ensures the high reliability of hydraulic system.

The chassis driving force that controls the chassis hydraulic movement such as outriggers issupplied by chassis steering oil pump.

The colored display which monitors the system pressures in real-time can provide you withdistinct and stable images. The communication between monitor and PLC is bus controlledand the start and shut-off of chassis can be controlled via the operator’s cab.

This vehicle adopts new-type driver’s cab and integral guard plate designed by our company

and manufactured by special manufacturer, which has novel and distinctive appearance and

good aerodynamics performance. The design in driver’s cab, including the layout and controls

of each switch, control lever and signal lamp, are ergonomically so as to provide comfortable

environment and convenient operation condition for drivers. The electrical control engine is

much more energy-saving and environment friendly. The control system adopts CAN bus

technology and has self-diagnosis function for engine. 10X6 drive and the hydraulic power

steering mechanism provide the crane with good driving performance and flexible steering. The

dual-circuit pneumatic braking system ensures reliable work.

At the beginning of design, maintenance cost and convenience for customers has been taken

into consideration. Therefore, each instrument in the driver’s cab is independent, and most of

the connecting elements of pneumatic circuit and oil circuit are industrial standardized

The chassis applies two 6-QA-195 batteries which are series connected (the rated voltage of

each battery is 12V). The electrical system is single-wired and takes the metal (negative pole)

as the return line. The negative pole is earthed after through the battery master switch to

make a circuit with 24V output voltage. The batteries comply with the requirements stipulated

in GB/T5008.1-2005 Lead-acid Starter Batteries — Technical Requirements and Methods of

Tests. The standard generator is 28V, 80A alternator.

The adopted new V series full-width luxurious driver’s cab with spacious space is made of

welded steel plate. It has streamlined distinctive appearance and is operated conveniently

and comfortably.

The steering wheel is adjustable. The left and right windows are hand operated. The

windshield wiper, washing device and reflector are equipped.

The luxurious instrument panel is equipped with all kinds of instruments (including electronic

odometer), control lights, control switches, cigarette lighter and VCD player and so on.

Adjustable heater, defrost device, cooling A/C and visual reversing system are equipped in

driver’s cab.
