• A tight community of protagonists.• Isolation.• Apocalyptic World (deserted, smoke, dirty, trashed etc.)

• Contrast between slow and fast editing.

• Kinetic Cameras for chase scenes. • Abandoned Locations• Urban (but deserted) locations.• Want to survive rather than kill the zombies.

• Shot in Head to kill.

Mainstream.

• The dumb blonde that dies, typically, first.

• The fat person that is one of the firsts to die.

• The pretty “fit” lead girl.• The heroic “fit” lead guy.• Annoying “moronic” character that screws everything up.

Horror Films, in general.

• Designed to frighten, cause panic to the audience, invoke fears, normally concludes in a shocking ending.

• Lead protagonist will normally survive.

• Good vs. Evil and Good normally conquers evil.
