Zirconium - tube bundle - heat exchanger for Linde AG

In the ASE GmbH takes place welding of zirconium and zirconium

compounds with inert gas and careful monitoring of the situations

of the inert gas, to ensure metallurgical proper welds corres-

ponding to the base materials and almost without tarnishing.

As inert gas is used Argon with a purity > 99,999 % and the

composition of this gas is monitored continuously with mea-

surements of residual oxygen contents.

The data of supply with shielding gas and of the monitoring of

the shielding gas are documented as part of quality manage-

ment specifically especially to ensure traceability.
