“Mock Ups”
The pace and magnitude of high rise construction is complex.
A proactive QA/QC tool often used in our industry is what we
call the “mock-up”. This is where we complete work in
advance, to allow our team to review and determine the best
sequence and identify any issues prior to commencing full
construction. Some of the items that we mock up include:
roofing, windows, and suite finishes.
Below are a few photos showing the progress in our mock-up
suite with finished drywall and kitchen currently in production.
