Hi, Leah –

Ziffren is doing a periodic file cleaning exercise of their clients files, and to that end has sent Mandalay a list of closed files that will be destroyed if we don’t claim them.

Within the file list are various Mandalay titles (Wild Things, I Know what You did Last Summer, for example) that Sony has fully owned since the late 1990’s – files that Mandalay no longer needs.

Before we instruct ZBBF to destroy them – do you want them?

If Sony would like the files, can you please have the correct person reach out, and we can let that person know when they are ready for pick up.

If Sony doesn’t want them, please let us know and we will have them destroyed.

This is not a crisis, but we are trying to get this sorted out before year end, so please let us know what you would like.
