IT’S ALL ABOUT THE INCHES

Restoring your body’s natural mechanisms with the ZEN BODI™ system can lead to a noticeable transformation in your physical appearance. Measuring key areas of your body is the best way to track the fat you burn and the muscle mass you build. It is important to note that body weight alone is not an accurate reflection of your fat loss. You may actually gain weight as your body is getting leaner. This is due to the high density of muscle tissue compared to fat.

MEASURING YOUR INCHES

If you measure with clothing on, ensure that it is form-fitting and that you use the same type of clothing each time. Measure your inches around the same time of day, preferably upon waking in the morning. For the most accurate results, use the measuring tape supplied in your ZEN BODI™ starter kit. Measure your weight in pounds while wearing light clothing. Make sure you remove anything from your pockets and place the scale on a hard, level surface.

The ZEN EFFECT Contest (the “Contest”) is open to Jeunesse Distributors and Customers residing in North America who are age of majority or older as of the Contest start date and have used ZEN BODITM products for a period of at least ninety (90) days prior to the date of the Contest deadline as defined below. Employees of Jeunesse Global (the “Company” or “Jeunesse”) and their respective parents, subsidiaries, endorsers, a�liates and agents, as well as the immediate family (e.g., spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all applicable international, federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND PARTICIPATION

To be eligible to participate and win, Distributors and Customers must be in good standing in accordance with applicable Company Terms and Conditions throughout the Contest Period (as defined below) and until prizes are awarded. During the Contest Period, Distributors and Customers must only use ZEN BODI products and may not use any competitive products or undergo any weight loss procedures, as defined by the medical field.

By submitting results or otherwise participating in the Contest, Distributors and Customers expressly agree and consent to these ZEN EFFECT Contest O�cial Rules (“O�cial Rules”) and Jeunesse’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest, and certify that they have complied with the O�cial Rules of this Contest. These O�cial Rules are subject to any requirements and/or limitations that are, or may be imposed by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission or any government agency. Distributors and Customers expressly agree and consent to Jeunesse’s use of the Distributor’s or Customer’s name, “Before and After” photos or other likenesses, testimonials, gender, location, starting and ending measurements, and all other information provided to Jeunesse, for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Jeunesse, without further limitation, restriction or compensation, unless prohibited by law. This includes permission for Jeunesse to publish all aspects of the Distributor or Customer submission and participation in any and all media worldwide, known or unknown, without limitation or additional compensation to you, and to use the submitted information, including for purposes of marketing and promotion, subject to Jeunesse’s privacy policies and to the extent permitted by law. Distributors and Customer agree to voluntarily transfer to Jeunesse all right, title and interest, including copyright to any submitted materials, including photos submitted to or taken by Jeunesse, and hereby waive any and all privacy rights in and to their identifying information and body measurements as may be provided under health privacy acts or ordinance and any other local, state, provincial, federal, or international laws.

CONTEST PERIOD

In order to be considered for the current Contest Period, submissions are due by February 28, 2015, at 11:59 p.m. EST. Any submission received after the Contest deadline will automatically be entered into the next Contest Period. For example, if the Company receives your submission on March 1, 2015, you will automatically be entered into the next Contest Period, and you will be ineligible for the current Contest Period.

Distributors and Customers may start the Contest at any time and submit their results upon completion, anytime on or before the February 28, 2015 deadline.

CONTEST CATEGORIES

For the Contest Period, there are two (2) categories: • MALE • FEMALE

MALE CATEGORY

For the Male category, one (1) Grand Prize male, one (1) Runner-Up male, and one (1) Second Runner-Up male will each be selected and awarded prizes. All participants in the Male category must be either a Jeunesse Distributor or Customer. Please see Contest Prizes section of the O�cial Rules for complete prize details for each category.

FEMALE CATEGORY

For the Female category, one (1) Grand Prize female, one (1) Runner-Up female, and one (1) Second Runner-Up female will each be selected and awarded prizes. All participants in the Women’s category must be either a Jeunesse Distributor or Customer. Please see Contest Prizes section of the O�cial Rules for complete prize details for each category.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Distributors and Customers must submit their Before and final After photos, body measurements, body weight, and a recap of their Contest experience by submitting a written testimonial (200 words or less) by the Contest deadline to be eligible to participate in the current Contest. Once a Distributor or Customer has completed the Contest, he/she must submit the results of their Contest period in their ZEN EFFECT entry form, including, but not limited to prize category (Men’s or Women’s), each individual’s first and last names, gender, phone number, city and state, Before photos, measurements, and body weight; After photos, measurements, and body weight; and a brief testimonial of their Contest experience (200 words or less) in writing.

Contest results must be submitted at zene�[email protected].

All final submissions that exist at the close of the Contest deadline will automatically be collected for the judging and voting process.

JUDGING PROCESS

Once a Contest submission deadline passes, a panel consisting of Jeunesse executives and Medical Advisors will judge the participants’ entries based on Before and After photos, weight lost, inches lost, and/or overall visual transformation. This judging process will determine one (1) Male Grand Prize, one (1) Male First Runner-Up, one (1) Male Second Runner-Up, (1) Female Grand Prize, one (1) Female First Runner-Up, and one (1) Female Second Runner-Up for a total of six (6) prizes.

CONTEST PRIZES

MALE CATEGORY:

• Grand Prize receives: $5,000 travel voucher • Second Place Prize receives: $2,500 USD shopping spree • Third Place Prize receives: $1,000 USD Cash

FEMALE CATEGORY:

• Grand Prize receives: $5,000 travel voucher • Second Place Prize receives: $2,500 USD shopping spree • Third Place Prize receives: $1,000 USD Cash

Contest finalists may also be awarded the opportunity to participate in and appear onstage at a future event conducted by Jeunesse, as well as receive travel and lodging accommodations for the purpose of attendance. This o�er is not explicitly guaranteed and the Company reserves the right to extend or revoke this o�er at will.

RETAIL VALUE: The approximate retail value for the Grand Prize is $5,000 USD. The approximate retail value of the First Runner-Up Prize is $2,500 USD. The approximate retail value of the Second Runner-Up Prize is $1,000 USD. No substitution, exchange, transfer or cash redemption of prize by winners is permitted. The winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Company, or any of its related or a�liated entities, to use the winners’ photo from purposes of publicity, advertising and promotion without further compensation unless prohibited by law. The participation of any individual in this Contest is solely at his/her own risk and responsibility.

Prizes may vary depending on which country or in which part of their country winners live. Prizes are not transferrable and are not valid for any cash equivalent. Distributors and Customers may win the Grand Prize one time per calendar year only.

The Company will apply these O�cial Rules and judge the Contest in good faith. The Company shall have no liability of any kind whatsoever based on any participant’s disagreement with the Company’s application of the O�cial Rules and judging of the Contest. The judging and determination of the Company shall be final.

Winners will be contacted via phone and/or email. Odds of winning depend on the number of Contest participants. If the Company discovers that any winning Distributor or Customer submitted erroneous, falsified or otherwise altered information, the Company shall have the right to revoke all prizes issued.

GENERAL RELEASE

By entering or otherwise participating in the Contest, you expressly acknowledge and assume all risk of injury, harm, damage, or loss of any kind arising from participation. You should consult with your healthcare provider before attempting to change your weight and before starting any new diet, exercise, or supplementation program. You expressly release Jeunesse and its subsidiaries and a�liates, and their respective shareholders, o�cers, directors, employees, endorsers, and agents, from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses, and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Jeunesse is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries in the Contest. Jeunesse assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access, or alteration of entries. Jeunesse is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email on account of technical problems or tra�c congestion on the Internet or at any site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Contest. Jeunesse is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in connection with the Contest. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Jeunesse which corrupt or a�ect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conducts of the Contest, Jeunesse reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest.

In the event of a dispute relating to these O�cial Rules or this Contest which cannot be settled by mutual consultation between parties, the parties irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of any state or federal court sitting in Seminole County, FL, for the resolution of any such dispute, and the courts located in Seminole Country, FL, shall be the sole jurisdiction and venue for any dispute between the parties. The prevailing party in any litigation filed with any such court, including appeals from such court, shall be entitled to an award of costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these O�cial Rules, or the rights and obligation of participants and the Company in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to Florida choice of law rules.

Any attempt by a participant or any other individual to deliberately circumvent, disrupt, or damage the ordinary and normal operation of the Contest, telephone systems or websites, or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws; and should such an attempt be made, the Company reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
