The quotations should reach to the office of the undersigned by or before lCk-10-2013 up to 01,00 pm. All quotations should be accompanied by detailed terms and condi-tions of the insurance cover and must contain details of policy clauses (not merely lists of clauses).
Detailed descriptions of clauses must be attached if not forming part of the main policy document. Quotations will be opened on the same day at 3.00 pm in presence of the quotationers who may wish to remain present at the time of opening pf quotations. The incomplete and conditional quotations will not be accepted. The rates should be written in words as well as in figures without any overwriting/erasers. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any quotation without assigning reasons to the quotationer.
The successful quotationer is required to submit the insurance policy to the o/o the undersigned, within one month from the date of receipt of premium. The delay in submis-sion of the insurance policy may lead to rejection of quotation at the risk and cost of the successful quotationer.
