Suitable for frameless all glass doors, full framed clad doors, wood doors and aluminum doors.

•Swing doors: Center hung and offset doors.

•Sliding doors: Tiffany sliding system, Ruby sliding system, custom.

•Door thickness: Glass door 3/8” glass up to 3/4”.

In addition to glass doors, fittings are available for aluminum and Wood Doors up to 2-1/2” thick only upon request.

The locking mechanism can be engaged to on the floor by the use of a floor strike plate or a dust proof strike orit can lock on the top by using one of the recommended head strikes.

3. BASIC USE:PRL Glass systems 48LLP easy lock ladder pull system is a pre-engineered locking ladder pull system, shipped to the job site ready to install.

LIMITATIONS: 48LLP Easy Lock Ladder Pull system is only limited by the materials from which it is fabricated.

Pre-engineered 48LLP Easy Lock Ladder Pull should be assembled using the components listed:

48LLP ASSEMBLY:(1) 1-1/4” Diameter stainless steel exterior handle(1) 1-1/4” Diameter stainless steel interior handle(4) rubber washers(2) rubber bushing(4) Type 316 SS cup point socket set screw 1/4”-20 thread, 3/16” Length(1) Type 304 Stainless steel shoulder bolt 5/16”-18 thread1.4” length. (Length will vary with door thickness)(1) 360 free machining brass exterior handle retainer(1) 360 free machining brass actuator shaft assembly(1) retainer metal washer(1) shoulder bolt metal washer

FINISHES:Standard circular # 4 brushed or polished #8 finishes are available for stainless steel

4. INSTALLATION:The 48LLP Easy Lock Ladder Pull must be attached to surfaces that are approved or selected by the manufacturer and shall be detailed on all shop drawings

5. MAINTENANCE:The 48LLP Easy Lock Ladder Pull surface can be kept clean by the use of ordinary soaps and mild cleansers.Abrasive cleaners should not be used

6. TECHNICAL DATA:The 48LLP Easy Lock Ladder Pull has a fully concealed deadbolt locking mechanism that is operated at a comfortable height above the finished floor, no need to bend to unlock your door, it can be used to lock on the floor with the use of a dust proof strike or lock header/ceiling with the use of a LLP strike (consult PRL Glass for details )
