Semester 2 Outline: Heroes & Villains
This semester will explore the ways we are influenced by famous figures – heroic and villainous.
We are affected by texts that can influence our attitudes, values and understandings. All texts promote ideas that might
possibly shape our attitudes. This course will help you decipher the values promoted by texts, as well as appreciate how heroic ideals and villainous tendencies are generated.
