Lesson Plan Cont’d. Have each group share out about their
inventor (Group members could also record evidence in their notebooks)
Groups then begin collaborative process
Inspiration Boards What’s the problem? Where’s the
opportunity? What has changed (or soon may change)? Look at the world: Observe what people
do, how they think, what they need and want
Who will use it? How will they use it? What will it cost?
Ideation--Prototypes Start sketching
Sketches can be pieces of Invention or Entire Invention
Written Descriptions can be created Post to Board Group collectively decides on final
prototype
Implementation Group uses 123D Design App to create
product. (Alternative ways to create could be used)
Group decides how to market product to consumers (digital advertisement, video, etc.)
Execution Group presents final products along with
marketing strategy.
