Inspection process: The completed Construction Documents will
be sent to our RESNET rater and LEED Provider for review. After insulation has been installed, but before the drywall is hung, the RESNET rater and Builder will inspect the house and complete and sign off on Energy Star Inspection Checklist. The home will be inspected again after the carpet has been installed but before the closing. Contact Learn About Green LLC to schedule this inspection. Give at least one week notice for all inspections.
