I really think that I stepped out of my box so that I could grow as an individual. I also got over a lot of my fears. REFUND POLICY Non-attendance does not constitute notice of with- drawal. Request for a full refund will be considered only if ACCA is notified at least two weeks before the commencement of your specified program. Less than two weeks notice, refunds may not be granted, however a withdrawing participant may send a substitute and must notify the ACCA office at least one week in advance of the sched- uled program date. Refunds requested with notice of two weeks or more will be subject to an $157.50 fee withheld to cover administrative costs. As a result of a participant not completing a pro- gram because they did not meet the program’s rules and conditions, they will be required to repay the sponsor’s portion. OUR STAFF Each program is staffed by a fully trained group of adults. Our staff teams are made up of qualified employees of co-operatives, credit unions, other youth and agricultural organizations as well as program alumni. In addition to their own qualifica- tions and skills, all staff must complete a screening process, be First Aid/CPR qualified and complete a minimum 48 hour on-site staff training before they are approved to staff at the program. We strive to find the most enthusiastic individuals to staff at our programs.
