Who?…administers
• Educator peferred.• Teacher, only if necessary.• This year, K-2• Happy Healthy Me• English speaking
How?….use the tool• Pre and Post intervention• Group-administered to class• Educator reads text on tool to students– Script
• Children write name on the tool– Youth educator matches pre/post tools
How?....score the tool?• Each picture on the tool is
considered a separate question (Q1-8)
• Each question has a different maximum point value
• Each picture needs to be scored by the Youth Educator and totaled for each question
