1 General
• The manual fails to define Target population (i.e., no
reference of age group aimed for or else prior
qualification of target population is defined in the
manual).
• Manual does not identify which of the two are for
Master Trainers and trainers.
• Attractive title page with nice combination of colors.
• The quotation should have been provided with
Muhtrams’s name, place and year.
• There is no Introduction- to ascertain the purpose of
manual
• No List of contents – It would create the interest of
reader. The dividers area given but list at start would
have been handy

The abbreviation used throughout the manual shouldhave been provided at the start with full
explanations.

• There should be Audio or Video or both attached with
the manual. The Audio enhances listening
capabilities with Videos are use for both listening
purposes. Interviews shown through videos are
proven to be effective mode of learning.
• This is a commendable effort to equip youth with
necessary skills such as preparing them for Job
interview; Devise appropriate resume; project based
knowledge; and team building capacities.
• The fluency of English language is also used
effectively; there are no spelling mistakes and
punctuation flaws.

Page 7 Pervious experience in the related field is inserted
under middle paragraph.
Page 8-16 Insert Serial No before starting each heading
Remove colon (:) at the end of each heading. For
example EDUCATION: No colon is inserted.
Page 18 Outlook of interviewee is inserted as one
important parameter. The Outlook creates first
impression and most positive one. This includes:
Dress; hair; Shave; Nails; shoe and freshness. The
interviewee must be told that before interview

he/she must take a good night sleep which would
freshen up his outlook.
Page 19 Insert Point- Avoid long answers; Do not yourself
in unnecessary arguments with the panel. So not
start sensitive topics; do not take along Mobile
phone if required always switch-off before entering
in the interview room or else keep one silent
mode.

number and it must be discussed in the text to
make them more appealing.
Page 117 Structure: It should include Methodology as part
of report. In methodology important components
such as, Universe; Sample; data collection modes;
data analysis techniques be highlighted. As these
are important aspects for drawing inferences,
conclusions and recommendations for any
slandered report.
Page 122 One slide should have been inserted on fonts;
spacing; and alignment of pages as these are
essentials for making report a presentable one.
Page 115 Insert Likert Scale for answer column. The
Yes /No are not appropriate for grasping
personality dynamics.
